Phased Integration Partnership
Begin with a commission-based collaboration and build a consistent track record with Foot Draft. Depending on your results and Foot Draft’s operational needs, the collaboration may progress to a part-time role with a fixed base and commissions, and later to a full-time position.

Player profile
Who should you refer?
Players aged 16 to 24 who:
- Want to build a career in football;
- Are looking for an opportunity to be evaluated in European football;
- Are prepared to have their football profile assessed;
- Understand that a trial is an opportunity to demonstrate their ability, not a guaranteed contract;
- Can travel to Europe and have, or can obtain, the necessary travel documentation.
Players can be based anywhere in the world, including Europe, provided they can participate in a Foot Draft programme in Europe.
Every profile is evaluated individually.

How do I earn a commission?
You receive a commission when a player referred by you purchases a Foot Draft package.
The amount, payment schedule and applicable conditions are agreed before the partnership begins.
Do I need to be a registered agent or agency?
Not necessarily.
Foot Draft also considers applications from scouts, coaches, academy representatives, former players, freelancers, sports students and other people with genuine access to developing players.
Every application is assessed individually.
How many players can I refer?
There is no confirmed public limit for the commission-based model.
The priority is to refer suitable players, not simply to submit a large number of contacts.
Any objectives associated with the phased integration model are explained directly to selected candidates.
Can I refer players who already live in Europe?
Yes. Players can be based anywhere in the world, including Europe, provided they can participate in a programme in Europe and meet the applicable travel requirements.
What happens after I refer a player?
Foot Draft evaluates the profile and, when appropriate, contacts the player directly to explain the programme and next steps.
The referral remains associated with you according to the conditions agreed at the beginning of the partnership.
Does a referral guarantee a trial or professional contract?
No. Every player is evaluated individually. A referral does not guarantee acceptance, a trial invitation, placement with a club or a professional contract.
How does the Phased Integration Partnership work?
The collaboration begins on a commission basis and may progress to a part-time or full-time role.
Progression depends on results, consistency and Foot Draft’s operational needs. Specific objectives and financial conditions are discussed directly with selected candidates.
