2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Foot Draft website and the purchase of sports experience packages and related services offered through this website. By using this website or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Sports Experience Packages
Foot Draft provides sports experience packages which may include (depending on the package): training sessions, sports events, access to facilities, guided activities, or other sports-related experiences.
Each package page will specify the essential information made available prior to purchase, including the main characteristics, date/period (when applicable), duration, location, requirements, and total price.
4. Booking, Contract Formation and Availability
A contract is deemed concluded when the customer completes the booking and payment is confirmed, or when written confirmation is issued by Foot Draft.
Foot Draft may refuse, suspend, or cancel a booking where necessary due to unavailability, safety reasons, incorrect information provided by the customer, or non-payment.
5. Prices, Taxes and Additional Costs
Prices are displayed in Dolars ($) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Before completing the purchase, the customer will be informed of the total price and any applicable additional costs
(e.g., delivery or other charges) where relevant.
If the nature of a product or service does not allow the total price to be reasonably calculated in advance, the method
for calculating the price will be disclosed prior to contract conclusion.
6. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Foot Draft may offer methods such as Multibanco, MB Way, card payments, and bank transfer (subject to availability).
Payment must be completed before the experience date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Performance of Services and Scheduling Changes
Sports experiences may depend on factors such as weather conditions, venue availability, instructors/partners, and safety.
Foot Draft may, when necessary and reasonable, reschedule an experience, change the location within a reasonable distance,
or adjust timing.
If an experience cannot be provided due to factors beyond Foot Draft’s control or for safety reasons, Foot Draft will offer
an alternative date, an equivalent experience, or a refund where applicable.
8. Consumer Responsibilities and Safety
By purchasing a sports experience package, the customer declares that they are physically and medically fit to participate, and agrees to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Foot Draft and/or its partners.
Foot Draft is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the customer’s failure to follow instructions, negligent or reckless behaviour, misuse of equipment, or undisclosed medical conditions.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)
(Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014)
Consumers generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Important: Under Portuguese consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to
leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Because Foot Draft sells sports experiences that are typically scheduled for specific dates/periods, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the booking is confirmed for a specific date/period.
10. Cancellation Policy
Unless a specific package states otherwise, the following rules apply:
- More than 15 days before the scheduled date: rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability).
- 7–14 days before: one reschedule is allowed (subject to availability).
- Less than 7 days before: non-refundable.
- No-show: no refund.
If Foot Draft cancels due to safety, weather, venue unavailability, or operational reasons, the customer may choose:
a new date, an equivalent experience, or a full refund.
Where refunds are due, they will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
11. Liability
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, Foot Draft shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of personal belongings, or events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Invoicing
Foot Draft issues invoices using certified invoicing software in accordance with Portuguese tax legislation. Invoices are issued after payment and may be delivered electronically.
13. Complaints
Customers may submit complaints via email at geral@foot-draft.com.

14. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / RAL)
In accordance with Law no. 144/2015, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity. For consumer dispute resolution, the following centre may be used:

15. Data Protection and Cookies

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
